There is a variety of data
here.
I'm hoping to add more data to this site over time.
Scale Points Data
This is the data file used for the paper that appeared in
International Journal of Market Research, vol. 50, no.1
2008.
It is an excel file.
Scale Points Data 2008
There is also a syntax file I wrote for this that takes you
through all the recoding and analysis. This could be a
useful class exercise
for market research course, or perhaps in an applied
marketing research / psychometrics course. It is an RTF
file.

Time-series
data
This is a time-series data
set for a consumer packaged good category over several
years.
The data file is in excel format.
It comprises weekly sales and price for the leading brands
in a condiment category.
This is the data I used for "Assessing the Impact of a
Massively Successful Price Promotion" in Journal of Product
and Brand Management 2004.
You are welcome to use it.

Customer
survey - service quality and 'gap' data
This is data from a survey of consumers about their level
of satisfaction
with their "main financial institution" - their bank or
credit union.
The consumers are randomly selected members of the public.
The survey asked about 'importance' and 'performance'
ratings.
It also has 'global' or overall service measures and a
question about first choice of brand
if the respondent needed a new product.
There are 101 respondents in the data set.
The data is in excel format with a data guide.
This data set may be useful for psychometricians or service
quality researchers.
Service Quality & Gap
data
Service
Quality / Satisfaction data
Here are two data sets from a study in 2001 that looked at
whether 5 point scales produced different data
characteristics than 11 point data.
The data comprise a series of questions on specific service
or satisfaction
elements plus a global "overall" evaluation question.
The data is in excel format with a data guide.
This data set may be useful for psychometricians or service
quality researchers.
